Trial Discussion on Improving Trade Union's Ability to Safeguard Rights and Interests of Staff Members

在加强党的执政能力建设中,认真研究和分析党的执政能力建设对工会工作提出的新任务、新要求,更好地发挥工会作为党联系群众的桥梁和纽带的重要作用,是当前工会工作中需重点研究和解决好的一个问题。要提高工会的维权能力,关键要做好两方面工作:一是转变维权方式,二是健全维权机制。

In the course of strengthening the Party's ability to wield state power, the new tasks and requirements of trade union's work should be carefully studied. It is of great significance to give better play to trade union's function of link between the Party and worker masses. In order to improve trade union's ability to safeguard rights and interests of staff members, the safeguarding method must be changed and also the safeguarding mechanism ought to be perfected.
