弧菌毒力基因水平转移与进化的研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 弧菌是一类世界范围内广泛分布的革兰氏阴性杆菌,是引起人类、水生动物细菌性疾病的重要病原之一。与其它病原微生物一样,弧菌的致病性与其产生的多种毒力因子息息相关,毒力基因是产生各种毒力因子的物质基础。就霍乱弧菌Vibrio cholerae、副溶血弧菌V.parahaemolyticus、拟态弧菌V.mimicus、溶藻弧菌V.alginolyticus、鳗弧菌V.anguillarum等人类和水生动物病原弧菌的多种毒力因子编码基因的种类,以及毒力基因的种间与株间水平转移和毒力株进化的研究进展进行了综述,同时也对此研究中存在的问题,特别是与水生动物病害相关的问题进行了探讨,并提出了开展毒力基因多样性研究与检测的建议。 Vibrios are the gram-negative rods which are widely distributed all over the world. They are some of the most important pathogens for human being and aquatic animals. Like other pathogenic microorganisms, the virulence of vibrios depends on many virulence determinants produced by themselves. In this paper, the summary is made on the development of the study on the virulence genes in vibrios, the horizontal transfer of virulence genes among species and strains, as well as the virulent strain evolution. Furthermore, some problems in vibrio virulence gene research, especially related to the aquatic diseases, were discussed, and the study of the diversity of vibrio virulence genes was suggested .
