摘要
提出了厚矿体无底柱分段崩落法采场尺寸优化的原则,并对主要影响因素进行了定量分析,建立了采场尺寸与铲运机出矿参数、出矿能力、单位矿量采切费用摊销额的数学关系,提出了厚矿体无底柱分段崩落法采场尺寸的优化方法,并计算了北洺河铁矿合理的采场尺寸。
The optimization principle and method of stope size of sublevel caving method for thick orebody mining is put forward, and the main factors of influencing stope size are analysed.The mathematical relation of mining stope size to ore removal parameters of scraper and the cost of ore production is analyzed respectively,and an approach of optimizing stope size in sublevel caving is founded. The reasonable size of sublevel caving stope is calculated for Beiminghe Iron Mine according to the actual production data.
