通过对赋权管理与授权管理的比较分析,阐述了赋权管理的重要性及其核心内容,针对实施过程中的一些难点提出了正确赋权的基本要素和应用原则。同时,着力研究了赋权管理实践过程中的纠偏机制。

This paper expounds the importance of power entrustment management and its kernel content by comparative analysis on the differences between the power authorized and the power entrusted. As to some existing problems in the process of performance, it presents some essential factors and applicable principles to appropriately entrust administrative power. Meanwhile, this paper focuses on the study of rectification system for deviations during the practice of power entrustment management.
