摘要 从电涡流传感器的基本原理出发, 提出了利用双路电涡流传感器检测金属材质的方法和多CPU的工作模式, 对组成检测系统的各功能单元进行了分析, 设计了适合于检测金属材质的双路电涡流传感器以及相应的测量电路、接口电路和配套软件, 从而实现对金属材质的动态实时综合检测。该系统主要用于对金属的材质、厚度等参数进行动态、实时综合检测。由于采用了双路传感器和多CPU处理结构, 系统具有较高的检测准确性和工作可靠性, 实用价值较高。 The fundamental principle of eddy current sensor is introduced. The detection method of metal material by double channel eddy current sensor and the work mode of multi-CPU structure are described. All of the function units of the detection system are analyzed, finally, the double channel eddy current sensor which can satisfy the need of detection, the concrete detecting circuit, interface circuit and the suitable software of the system are designed, so that its detection function can be realized .The system can be applied to dynamic and real time detection in many ways such as metal material, metal thickness and so on. And for using double channel sensors and multi-CPU structure, the system has been proved of high practicability because of its high detection accuracy and reliability.
