摘要
为了进一步提高电涡流位移传感器的响应速度和减少功耗, 提出了一种采用皮尔斯晶体振荡器的定频调幅式驱动电路。利用Pspice仿真软件对振荡电路的参数进行优化, 并在防水数显卡尺中的应用进行了试验研究。仿真研究和试验结果表明, 定频调幅电路具有响应快、功耗低、稳定性好的突出特点, 完全可以满足数显卡尺的要求, 并可以用于其他便携式测量设备。
To improve the respond speed and reduce power cost, a new driving circuit for the eddy current sensor is introduced by means of Pierce crystal oscillator. Simulated with the help of Protel99SE, and the parameters in this circuits have been optimized. Elementary research on the area-variable eddy current sensors has been done. Also, experiments concerning with the feasibility of implementing this theory into the liquid resistant digital caliper have been completed. Compared with the frequency-modulated circuits, amplitude-modulated circuits are superior in many aspects. For instance, this kind of circuits respond more rapidly, consume less power with high stability, so they can be applied into the portable measurement appliance.
