摘要
6名健康志愿者及7名肾衰尿毒症患者静脉滴注泰宁(亚胺培南/西司他丁)500mg,进行药代动力学研究。血清、尿液及透析液中亚胺培南浓度用微生物法测定。健康人亚胺培南半衰期(t_(1/2))为1.17h,血浆清除率为254ml/min;接受血透的肾衰病人,消除半衰期为2.30h,血浆清除率为75.0ml/min。提示尿毒症患者应调整用药剂量,避免蓄积中毒。
6 health volunteers and 7 uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis
were given single dose of tienam (Imipenem/Cilastatin ) of 500mg by intravenous infusion and it was found that t 1/2 of imipenem in volunteers and in patients are 1. 17 h and 2. 30 h respectively and plasma clearance of imipenem in volunteers and in patients are 254ml/min and 75. 0 ml/min respectively. It is suggested that tienam dose should be reduced in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis.
