摘要
采取琼脂平板稀释法测定了泰宁等7种抗菌药物对5种215株临床常见致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并统计了敏感率。结果表明7种抗菌药物对大多数受试菌均显示了较高的抗菌活性,其中泰宁的抗菌活性最强,金葡菌、变形杆菌属、大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌对泰宁的敏感率达97.6%~100%;17.02%的绿脓假单胞菌对泰宁耐药,2~6株绿脓假单胞菌和1株肺炎克雷伯氏菌对泰宁和其他抗菌药物呈现部分交叉耐药性。而CPFX与其他抗菌药物对不同受试菌呈现2.38%~19.05%的交叉耐药率。该结果提示对其他β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药的致病菌引起的严重感染,可首先考虑选用泰宁;但对CPFX还应根据药敏试验决定是否可以选用。
The MICs of 7 antimicrobial agents against 215 strains isolated clinically were determined and their susceptible rates were analyzed. The results showed that all the 7 agents are highly effective against most of the isolates. Among them IMP /CS is the best ,it has the susceptible rates of S. aureus, Proteus sp, E. coli and K. pneumonia up to 97. 6%-100%; only 17. 02% strains of Ps aeruginosa are resistant to it and 2-6 strains of Ps aeruginosa and 1 strain of K. pneumonia are crossresistant to it with the other agents. The crossresistant rates to CPFX with other agents are 2. 38%-19. 05%.
From the results, it can be suggested that IMP / CS may be used in treatment of serious infections caused by clinical isolates resistant to other β-lactam antimicrobial a-gents. The CPFX should be selected according to the susceptibility test.
