染色与阻燃处理单板生产单板层积材的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 该文采用正交实验法对毛白杨单板进行染色和阻燃处理,并进行单板层积材(LVL)的热压胶合试验研究,确定了单板染色、阻燃处理及热压工艺.结果表明:①对单板进行染色和阻燃同步处理是可行的,提高了单板处理效率,扩大了产品的应用范围.②阻燃剂浓度与氧指数呈正相关性,与产品的剪切强度、静曲强度、弹性模量呈负相关性;其他因素对单板层积材的性能均有不同程度的影响.③最佳工艺条件:染液浓度0 3 % ,阻燃剂浓度15 % ,热压单位时间5 0s ,热压温度15 0℃,压缩比2 0 % . The technologies of veneer dyeing, fire-retardation and gluing were studied using an orthogonal test design. The properties of gluing Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) product were tested and reasonable technical parameters were determined. The results show that: 1) It is feasible to apply the techniques of wood dyeing and fire-retardant simultaneously. 2) the concentration of fire-retardant is positively correlated with the oxygen index and negatively correlated with shear strength, the modulus of rupture (MOR) and the modulus of elasticity (MOE) of the products; other factors have some effects on the quality of LVL to some degree. 3) the optimal technical parameters are as follows: dyeing concentration 0.3%, fire retardant concentration 15%, hot press time 50 s, temperature 150°C and compression rate 20%.
