摘要
13例白血病患者在中、大剂量化疗9.5d后,白细胞下降至1.037×10~9/L时开始应用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhuGM-CSF)300μg/d,皮下注射3~10d,在化疗后15d白细胞升至3.050×10~9/L,与未采用rhuGM-CSF治疗的白血病化疗病人在化疗后25.2d白细胞升至2.730×10~9/L。相比,其白细胞恢复时间和恢复水平具有显著差异(P【O.01)。提示在白细胞明显缺乏时给予rhuGM-CSF能显著缩短由化疗引起的白细胞缺乏时间,对控制感染有重要意义。
Recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (rhuGM-CSF) was administrated by subcutaneous injection in a dose of 300μg/d for a period of 3-10d to 13 leukemia cases whose leukocyte count were decreased to 1. 037 × 109/L after chemotherapy. The leukocyte count of the rhuGM-CSF treated patients were increased to 3. 050×109/L after 15d of chemotherapy, while the leukocyte in the control group without rhuGM-CSF treatment only increased to 2. 730×109/L after 25. 2d of chemotherapy. The significant difference between the 2 groups showed that rhuGM-CSF could promote the increase of leukocyte of the chemotherapy-induced leukocytopenia in leukemia patients and short their recovery period of leukocytopenia.
