摘要 目的:探讨α黑素细胞刺激素(αMSH)对体外培养黑素细胞迁移和细胞内钙离子浓度([Ca2+]i)的影响。方法:从正常人包皮分离并纯培养黑素细胞,用αMSH处理纯培养的人表皮黑素细胞,用Transwell微孔膜法研究黑素细胞迁移,激光共聚焦扫描显微镜检测[Ca2+]i。结果:αMSH可诱导黑素细胞迁移,并使[Ca2+]i浓度升高。结论:αMSH可能通过诱导黑素细胞内的Ca2+浓度升高,从而促进黑素细胞的迁移。 Objective:To observe the effects of a-melanocyte stimulating hormone(α-MSH) on melanocytes migration and [Ca^(2+)]_i in vitro. Methods:Human melanocytes were obtained from normal foreskins and motility was assessed using the Transwell micropore filter method.Laser confocal microscope was employed to measure [Ca^(2+)]_i. Results:α-MSH could stimulate melanocytes migration through micropore filter and increase [Ca^(2+)]_i . Conclusion:It is suggested that α-MSH might induce melanocytes migration through [Ca^(2+)]_i increasing.
