MMPI中美T分对精神分裂症与正常人区分效度的对照研究

Discriminant validity of The MMPI between schizophrenics and normals by Chinese cutoff T-score and by American one

采用明尼苏达多相个性调查（ＭＭＰＩ）中国版３９９题，对１０６例精神分裂症与１００例正常人进行测查，比较中国Ｔ分（不加Ｋ）６０划界与美国Ｔ分（加Ｋ）７０划界两种标准下的量表区分度。结果发现，采用中国Ｔ分６０划界后，Ｆ，Ｓｃ（８）与Ｐａ（６）量表以及由这三个量表组成的两点或三点编码方式敏感性显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），但特异性大都改善。上述结果在一效度检验组中得到证实。最后对造成上述现象的原因及中国Ｔ分划界标准的临床应用价值作了讨论。

By using of 399-item MMPI (Chinese version), a control study was conducted onthe measurements of 106 schizophrenics and 100 normals to compare the discriminant validity of theMMPI by Chinese cutoff T-scote(CT) and by American one (AT).It was found that by using of thecriterion of CT 60 instead of AT(+K)70 , the sensitivity of scale F , Sc(8)and Pa(6),as well asthe two or more point codes consisting of these three scales would decrease significantly, while thespecificity of most of them go up(P<0.01-0.05).This results was confirmed in a validity testinggroup. The authors argued that more efforts should be made to correct the culture difference in thecontent of relevant scales rather than to adjust the norm and cutoff point only ,and suggested that thetwo-point cedes composed of scale F and either of scale 6 or 8 would be clinically valuable in discrimi-nating between schizophrenics and normal subjects.
