摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对东北地区普遍栽培的11株黑木耳菌种的过氧化物酶同工酶进行分析。结果表明:11个菌株共出现6条酶带,其中有3条为特征带;11个菌株相似系数为0.667～1.000,说明多数菌株间存在较近的亲缘关系。
The peroxidase isozyme of 11 Auricularia auricula strains was studied with Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis(PAGE) technique in Yanbian. The results showed that there were six enzyme bands, among which there were three characteristic bands. The similarity coefficient value was during 0.667～(1.000). It proved that most of the strains had closer relationship.
