摘要
在番茄个体发育过程中,对耐弱光自交系01-21(P1)和不耐弱光自交系01-61(P2)以及它们的正、反交和回交后代F1、F11、F2、B1、B2共7个群体进行遮光处理,分析其番茄耐弱光性遗传规律。结果表明:番茄耐弱光性以显性遗传和基因互作效应为主,存在部分加性遗传效应。
Hereditary laws of tomato weak light-resistant ability were analyzed during the individual development of seven colonies from the cross descendants of weak light-resistant tomato inbreed lines 01-21 and weak light-nonresistant tomato inbreed lines 01-61 in the weak light environment. The results showed that the weak light-resistant ability of tomato has significant hereditary effects on dominant character and gene interaction while there exists part additive effect of heredity.
