摘要
人参果含有人参皂苷、多糖、生物碱、挥发油、氨基酸、无机元素以及甾醇等多种化学成分,具有抑菌、降血糖、抗休克、保护心肌、保护肾上腺皮质功能免于衰竭、提高小鼠学习和记忆能力、增强免疫功能以及延缓衰老等多种药理作用。文中对人参果的化学成分和药理作用进行了综述。
The chemical composition in the fruits of Panax ginseng comprisesginsenosides,polysaccharide,alkaloids,volatile oils,amino acids,inorganic elements and sterol. Comparatively comprehensive pharmacological effects are found in the fruits of Panax ginseng, which mainly contain functions such as bacteriostasis, reducing blood sugar,resisting shock, protecting cardiac muscle, preventing the failure of adrenocortical function,improving the ability of a rat′s study and memory, enhancing immunity and postponning senility. This paper systematically deals with the literature on chemical constituents and pharmaceutical activities of the fruits of Panax ginseng.
