摘要
采用HNO3—H3PO4—H2O2消解体系处理蔬菜样品,建立了微波等离子炬原子发射光谱(MPT-AES)测定蔬菜中微量锗的方法,并对相关实验参数进行了优化。结果表明:在微波功率80W,负高压800V,分析线波长265 118nm,等离子体工作气(Ar)流量0 50L/min,载气(Ar)流量0 90L/min条件下测定蔬菜样品中锗含量,检出限28 70ng/mL,回收率92 77%~95 60%,变异系数小于4 00%。该方法具有操作简便、样品用量少、检出限低、灵敏度高、气体能耗少等优点。
A new method, microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectroscopy(MPT-AES),was used to determine trace elements germanium in vegetable and soil. The samples were wet ashed and then dissolved by hydrochloric acid. Some experimental parameters are discussed and optimized. Microwave power is 80 W, negative high pressure is 800 V, wavelength is 265.118 nm, support gas is 0.50 L/min, carrier gas is 0.90 L/min.The recoveries are in the range of 92.77%~95.60% and the RSD is less than 4.00%.The merits of the method are high sensitivity,rapidity,less sample quantity and so on.
