Target-oriented Computer-aided Quality Monitoring System

利用过程能力和质量指标的关系,在Cp-k确立的平面下对过程质量指标进行监控。基于以上理论模型,设计面向质量指标的计算机辅助质量监控系统。该系统可以作为常规控制图的一种并行监测方法。在确保生产过程稳定的前提下,利用该技术监控生产过程,可以监视实际生产过程是否达到预期的质量指标,能够更灵敏地反映生产过程的状态。

Utilizing the relationship between process capability and quality indices,this paper presents a method to monitor process quality indices on the Cp-k plane.Based on above theory model,a computer-aided quality system aimed to monitor quality indices is designed.This system can act as a kind of monitoring measure parallel to conventional control chart.Under the condition of process being stabilization,this system can monitor process whether it reaches the quality target or not,furthermore,it can reflect the status of manufacture process more sensitive than conventional control chart.
