摘要
经过多年的实践与积累,摸索出一套车削特殊螺纹螺距的挂轮计算方法及计算结果。通过换置滑移齿轮机构、诺顿机构手柄及挂轮比值,可在普通车床上加工特殊螺纹螺距。
After years of practice and accumulation,a set of calculating method of hanging wheel to turn special screw thread is concluded,and by displacing the handle of the gliding gear setup and Norton setup and ratio of the hanging wheel according to the calculating result,the turning of the special screw thread on the general lathe is realized.
