摘要
Lyocell纤维在潮湿情况下容易原纤化,影响织物外观。采用N,N-二羟甲基二羟基乙基脲以及多元羧酸类交联剂丁烷四羧酸对Lyocell纤维进行处理,使Lyocell纤维获得了良好的抗原纤化性能。综合考虑Lyocell纤维的抗原纤化性能和纤维机械性能的损伤以及SEM分析结果,用40g/LDMDHEU或50g/LBTCA溶液处理Lyocell纤维可以获得比较满意的效果。FT-IR的分析结果表明,Lyocell纤维与DMDHEU发生了醚化交联反应,与BTCA发生了酯化交联,使纤维具有了抗原纤化能力。
Lyocell fibers are easy to be fibrillated under wet conditions, which severely affect the appearance of this kind of fabrics. Two kinds of cross-linking agents are used to treat lyocell fibers. The Lyocell fibers acquire good anti-fibrillation property after treatment. But the mechanical properties of the cross-linked fibers decrease inevitably. The cross-linking mechanism is also discussed.
