摘要
报道３５例肌腱转移术重建桡神经损伤后伸腕伸指功能。对手术适应证及术中、术后处理要点进行了讨论。认为肌腱转移术是桡神经无法修复或修复术后功能仍不好时，重建伸腕伸指功能的有效方法。
he reconstruction of the extension function of wrist and fingers in 35
patients with radial nerveinjury was reported, The indications of oporation and the main
management during and after operationwere discussed.It was thought that the tendon transfer
was an effective method to reconstructextension functions of wrist and fingers after the injury of
radial nerves and could be served as asupplementary means after radial nerve repair.
