Review and reflection over the sustainable development of Chaobaihe River Area

回顾潮白河流域水利建设成就,运用科学发展观思考和解决流域治理开发建设中有关矛盾和问题,提出建设健康生态富有生命力潮白河的思路和措施。

In this article, the accomplishment of the construction and improvement of Chaobaihe River Area is reviewed. The contradictions and problems in the sustainable development of the river area are addressed under the opinion of the scientific development, and some thinking and measures related to construction of an ecologically healthy and dynamic Chaobaihe river system also presented.
