乙型肝炎患儿父母心理健康状况对照研究

Preschool hepatitis B children and parenting stress:A comparison of three groups of parents in Guangzhou China

采用“家长生活调查问卷”对广州市就读专收ＨＡＡ阳性幼儿园的父母、未有就读任何幼儿园ＨＡＡ阳性儿童的父母、以及就读普通幼儿园健康儿童父母进行了调查，结果发现ＨＡＡ阳性儿童的父母由于承受较大的心理压力而出现更多的心理问题、这种压力影响到父母的身心健康。资料为社会保健提供了依据。

This study compared responses of the parents of HBV infected children who attend the special health kindergarten,parents of childern with HBV who stay at home and parets of healthy children who are at the ordinary kindergarten on the parenting sttessscales in Guangzhou China.Group differences were found mainly in the child health, child caring and schooling .Parents of HBV infected children reported greater problems due to stress.The stress was correlated with parent'general health in three groups. No relationship was found between the stress and their per-sonal meaning of life in parents of HBV children. The groups did not differ in reports of stress arising from life eventsother than the child's illness.
