摘要
目的:总结烧伤湿性技术治疗各种烧伤创面的临床效果,观察治疗过程中创面愈合情况。方法:将2003年4月以来正规使用MEBO烧伤膏处理烧伤创面的48例病人的治疗、恢复过程进行总结、分析。结果:48例深度烧伤创面应用MEBO后均在不同时间自行愈合,植皮创面应用MEBO后,皮肤的蔓延、融合速度加快。结论:湿润暴露疗法治疗深度烧伤及皮片移植创面具有促进烧伤组织自行修复,加速皮片愈合的作用。
Objective: To sum up the experience in beating different kinds of burn wounds with MEBT and to observe the course of the treatment and wound healing. Method: 48 cases of burn were treated with MEBO in a standard way and the results were analyzed. Result: All the wounds healed spontaneously. Skin grafting wounds after MEBO treatment healed and the skin grew to confluence quickly. Conclusion: MEBT is efficacious in treating deep burn wounds. It can promote the repair of skin grafting wounds.
