耕耘技术及MEBO包扎疗法治疗四肢中、小面积深度烧伤

The application of ploughing therapy and MEBO bandaging method in treating middle and small area deep burn wounds in the ex-tremities

目的:探讨耕耘技术及MEBO包扎疗法在四肢中、小面积深度烧伤创面治疗中的疗效。方法:对四肢中、小面积的深Ⅱ度-浅Ⅲ度创面实行“耕耘”及MEBO包扎疗法。结果:治愈的41例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间为15±2天,浅Ⅲ度烧伤创面25±3天。结论:耕耘技术可改善深度创面局部微循环,促进创面愈合,尽快清除坏死组织;包扎疗法可加速组织液化,缩短创面愈合期。

Objective: To observe the efficacy of ploughing therapy and MEBO bandaging method in treating middle and small area deep burn wounds in the extremities. Method: Middle and small deep 2nd degree and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds in the extremities were treated using ploughing therapy and MEBO was applied extemally. Result: 41 cases with deep 2nd degree burn wounds were healed in 15 ± 2days and superficial 3rd degree wound healed in 25 ± 3 days. Candusion: Ploughing therapy is effective in improving microcirculation of the deep burn wounds, promoting wound healing and necrotic tissue removal. MEBO bandaging method can protect the wounds from infections and secondary injuries, keep the wound moist and warm, improve microcirculation, accelerate liquefaction and wound healing and reduce scar for mation rate.
