摘要
目的:探索总结皮肤再生医学在大面积烧伤治疗过程中的护理要点和经验。方法:通过临床对78例大面积烧伤病人的病历资料进行回顾性总结和分析。结果:78例大面积烧伤病人全部治愈出院。结论:本文通过对78例大面积烧伤病人应用皮肤再生医学新技术治疗护理,预防和及时抢救休克,做好休克期护理,是挽救患者生命和后续治疗成功的保证。做好液化再生期及康复期扩理,正确应用MEBO治疗,加强创面护理预防及控制感染,加强营养及心理护理对促进创面早期愈合,降低死亡率、致残率起着至关重要的作用。
Objective: To sum up the experience in the nursing of large area burn patients treated with skin regenerative medical technique. Method: The data of the nursing of 78 cases of large area burn was analyzed retrospectively. Result: All the patients were cured. Conclusion: Timely and effective preventing and treating measures in association with proper nursing work at the shock stage is the guarantee of the success of saving the life of the patients and subsequent treatment. The key points includes careful nursing at the liquefaction and recovery stages, proper application of MEBO and wound management to prevent and control infections, strengthened nutrition support and psychological nursing, etc. Good nursing work plays an important role in promoting wound healing, reducing death rate and disablement rate.
