湿润烧伤膏治疗多发性12例36个褥疮体会

MEBO for treating 12 cases of multiple bedsore involving 36 wounds

目的:总结湿润烧伤膏治疗因老年性疾病、外伤和其他疾病导致不同部位褥疮的治疗效果。方法:根据不同部位和褥疮大小、个数,切除较厚坏死痂皮,将湿润烧伤膏制成的无菌油纱块覆盖于褥疮创面,每日或隔日换药一次。结果:不同部位,不同深度的褥疮,全部治愈,可代替外科反复换药及反复感染和皮瓣移植坏死的常见并发症,对外科褥疮病治疗有良好效果。

Objective: To verify the efficacy of MEBO in treating senile bedsore in different positions and by different causes. Method: After removing thick necrotic scabs, MEBO gauze was applied to the wounds. The dressing was changed every day or every other day, according to the case condition. Result: Bedsores in different positions and with different depths were all cured. Conclusion: MEBO can replace conventional surgical treatment in treating bedsore and avoid complications such as wound infection and skin flap necrosis.
