Methods of Management of Medical Garbage for Primary Hospital

目的加强医疗废物的管理。方法成立医疗废物管理领导小组,明确职责;建立健全医疗废物管理规章制度,加强各级各类人员相关知识培训;落实各级各类人员的责任、义务;加大监督检查力度,提出限时整改方案;将其纳入医疗质量管理和全员目标考核内容。结果以上措施的落实使我院实现了医疗废物系统化、规范化和制度化管理的目标。结论医务人员人人参与,分级监督,综合管理,是依法管理医疗废物的有效措施。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of medical garbage. METHODS The medical garbage management group was established to make clear responsibility and duty. Management systems of medical garbage were established. To strengthen relative knowledge training for all staffs of the hospital. To make clear the responsibility and duty for all staffs of the hospital. Surveillance and inspections had been strengthened. To put forward scheme of correction in time and take these works into the part of the quality control system of the hospital. RESULTS The management of medical garbage had under the control of the system and reached the goal of the standardization and systematization. CONCLUSIONS All staffs of the hospital taking part in the surveillance and inspection steps and synthesizing management are the effective power to manage medical garbage according to the law.
