帕尼培南/倍他米隆与美罗培南治疗老年下呼吸道感染的临床研究

Panipenem/betamipron in Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection of Elderly:A Clinical Study

目的评价帕尼培南/倍他米隆治疗老年中、重度下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法老年中、重度下呼吸道感染患者127 例,随机分成两组,帕尼培南/倍他米隆组,美罗培南组,观察两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果帕尼培南/倍他米隆组64 例,有效率67 .19%,细菌清除率74 .29%,美罗培南组63 例,有效率69 .84%,细菌清除率71. 01%。结论帕尼培南/倍他米隆治疗老年下呼吸道感染疗效可靠、安全性好。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of panipenem/betamipron in the treatment of moderate and severe lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly. METHODS Totally 127 elderly with moderate and severe lower respiratory tract infection were randomized to two groups: panienem/betamipron group and meropenem group,the clinical efficacy and side-effect were observed between two groups. RESULTS Sixty four patients were enrolled in panipenem/betamipron group with an effective rate of 67.19% and bacteriological eradication rate of 74.29%. On the other hand, 63 patients were enrolled in meropenem group with an effective rate of 69.84% and bacteriological eradication rate of 71.01%. There was no significant difference between two groups. CONCLUSIONS Panipenem/betamipron is effective and safe to the lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly.
