76例男性STD者10种细菌性病原谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解男性STD者7种支原体、沙眼衣原体(Ct)、淋病奈瑟球菌(NG)、阴道加德纳菌(Gv)感染及合并感染状况。方法收集76例男性STD者尿道拭子标本进行解脲脲支原体(Uu)、人支原体(Mh)、生殖道支原体(Mg)、肺炎支原体(Mpn)、发酵支原体(Mf)、穿透支原体(Mpe)、梨形支原体(Mpi)、Gv、Ct和NG等10 种细菌性病原核酸检测,并对NG阳性标本进行了产青霉素酶淋病奈瑟球菌(PPNG)型特异核酸检测。结果76 例男性STD者尿道拭子标本10 种细菌性病原检出状况分别为: Uu65. 8%、Mh27 .6%、Mg18. 4%、Mpn26. 3%、Mf2. 6%、Mpe2 .6%、Mpi .0%、Gv15. 8%、Ct28. 9%、NG34 .2%;26例NG感染者中PPNG阳性5例占19 2%;76例STD者中55例检出1种以上支原体,即支原体总感染率为72 .4%。多数为>2种病原合并感染。结论鉴于支原体感染的最有效治疗药物为四环素类(Mh对红霉素天然拮抗)、阴道加德纳菌感染的有效治疗药物为甲硝唑与克林霉素、沙眼衣原体感染的有效治疗药物为大环内酯类、淋病治疗目前多数采用头孢菌素和大观霉素,因此对于具有>2类病原合并感染者在治疗上应注意联合用药。 OBJECTIVE To study the infection state of 7 species of Mycoplasma,Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct), Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG), and Gardnerella vaginalis(Gv) in the male STD patients. METHODS To collect the samples from 76 male STD patients to determine peculiar nucleic acid of 10 kinds of pathogens such as Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu), M.hominis(Mh), M.genitalium(Mg), M.pneumoniae(Mpn), M.fermentans(Mf), M.penetrans (Mpe), M.pirum(Mpi), Gv, Ct,NG,etc. And to determine the PPNG type peculiar nucleic acid in the sample with positive expression of NG. RESULTS In the 76 male STDs patients′ samples, the positive expression of pathogen was as follows. Uu 65.8%, Mh27.6%, Mg18.4%, Mpn23.6%, Mf2.6%, Mpe2.6%, Mpi0, Gv15.8%, Ct28.9%, and NG34.2%, respectively. There were 5 cases with positive expression of PPNG accounted for 19.2% from the 26 cases infected by NG. There were 55 cases that infected by more than one kind of Mycoplasma, accounted for 72.4% from the 76 male STD patients, and most patients were infected by more than 2 kinds of pathogens. CONCLUSIONS The STD patients that infected by more than 2 kinds of pathogens must be given medicine in combination.
