浅析电子政务对湖北科学与技术发展的推动作用

Analyse the Impetus of E-government to the Scientific and Technical Development of Hubei Province

湖北是一个科技大省,但并不是一个科技强省。电子政务的建设和应用,给湖北省的科技发展带来了机遇,促进了湖北科学技术的发展。本文从电子政务推动信息化与电子政务的理论与技术研究,电子政务拉动湖北省科研投入、促进应用技术转化和促进信息技术教育与培训的发展三个方面进行了论述,研究了电子政务对湖北省科学技术发展的推动作用。文章还对湖北省的电子政务发展提出了建议。

Hubei is a large province of science and technology ,but it’s not a powerful province of science and technology .Construction and application of the E-government have brought the opportunity of development in science and technology of Hubei,promoting the technical development greatly. This paper studies the impetus of E-government to the scientific technical development of Hubei .The author have described from the following three respects: The E-government will promote the theoretical and technical research on information and E- government ;and will spur the scientific research input of Hubei and accelerate the transform of application technology; and also will promote the development of the information technology education and training. This paper also puts forward a proposal about the development of Hubei province’s E-government .
