Application of PLC in blending iron stove dust exhaust control system

针对混铁炉布袋除尘系统除尘效果好,被钢铁生产部门广泛采用,简要介绍了混铁炉除尘工艺及利用PLC实现混铁炉除尘系统的自动控制,并在明确工艺要求的基础上,着重介绍了PLC控制系统的硬件配置方案、软件设计思想,以及各控制部位的自动化设计。

The blending iron dust exhaust control system using hop-pocket has been identified and used widely for the better effect of dust exhaust by steel production departments.This paper introduces the blending iron stove dust exhaust control sys- tem by using PLC on the base of identified technological requirement. It focuses on the hardware configuration, the principle of software design and the automation design of each control part.
