以原始记录方式为基础的全面统计方法和传统的月报表制度已难以准确、及时、全面完成数据的采集工作,全面反映道路运输经济发展的状态。因此我省确定了以抽样调查为主的统计工作体系,以确保全面、准确、及时的掌握道路运输行业发展状况。
The overall statistical method based on original record and a traditional month report a are already difficult to fulfil data collecting work exactly, timely and overally and to reflect in an all - round way the development state of road transportation economy. So, our province has determined the statistic hierarchy, putting the sampling investigation first to ensure to master developing state of road transportation trades overally, exactly and in time.
