羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效分析

An analysis of the amnion transplantation for treatment of pterygium

目的:观察羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:将75例(82眼)翼状胬肉患者随机分成A、B组,A组35例(38眼)行翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术;B组4 0例(44眼) ,行单纯翼状胬肉切除术。术后随访6～18个月。结果:A组2例(3眼)复发,复发率7.9% ,B组17例(19眼)复发,复发率4 3.2 %。两组比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0 .0 1)。结论:羊膜移植是治疗翼状胬肉简单、安全、有效的方法。

Objective:To abserve the therapeutic effects of amniotic membrance transplantation for treatment of pterygium。Methods:There were 75 patients (82 eyes)with pterygium and they were allocated to two groups:excision of pterygium with amniotic membrance transplantation surgery (Group A, 35 caese and 38 eyes )and simple pterygium excision (Group B,40caese and 44 eyes)。The follow-up period was 6 to 18 months。Results:3 eyes of 38 eyes(7.9%)in Group A and 19 eyes of 44 eyes (43.2%)in Group B were recurred,the difference being very significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:Transplantation of amniotic membrane is a kind of simple、safe and effective surgery for pterygium.
