单侧多功能外固定支架治疗开放性不稳定肱骨骨折

The Opening Unstable Humeral Fractures Treated by Unilateral Multifunctional External Fixation Apparatus

目的:总结单侧多功能外固定支架治疗开放性不稳定肱骨骨折的经验。方法:对37例开放性不稳定肱骨骨折患者进行彻底清创,伤口显露骨折端,以1～2枚加压螺钉固定骨折端,外侧用单边外固定支架固定,伤口常规放置引流,感染性伤口延迟一期或二期关闭伤口,早期功能锻炼。结果:术后37例均愈合,4例出现针道感染,3例出现5度以内成角畸形。本组无血管神经损伤。结论:单侧多功能外固定支架治疗开放性不稳定肱骨骨折,能克服创口感染,保护软组织及骨折端血运,骨折端稳定固定,防止骨不连发生,是有效、简单、确切的一种治疗方法。早期功能锻炼防止骨折病发生。

Objective:Summarize the experience of treating the opening unstable humeral fractures by unilateral multifunctional external fixation apparatus, and observe this treatment method. Method:Drastically cleanout the wound to the opening unstable humeral fractures patient of 37 cases, the wound appears in the fracture end, pressurize in the regular fracture end by 1-2 screw, fix the support to fix with unilateral outside, wound routine put drainage, infectious wound delay the first or the second stage of shutting off the wound, the early function does exercises.Result:37 heal behind the operation, 4 appear needle dish infect, 3 become horn deformity within the 5 degrees to appear. This group has no damage to blood vessel nerve. Conclusion:The treatment of the opening unstable humeral fractures by unilateral multifunctional external fixation apparatus can overcome the wound to infect, protect the soft tissue and blood circle of the fracture end. The fracture end is steady and fixed to prevent the bone disconnect from happenning. Early function exercise prevents fracture disease from occurring. It is a kind of effective, simple, precise treatment methods.
