阿昔洛韦联合丹参治疗扁平疣疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Acyclovir and Dan-shen Root on Verruca Plana Juvenilis

目的:评估阿昔洛韦联合丹参治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:72例扁平疣患者随机分成治疗组(n =36 )和对照组(n =36 ) ,治疗组静滴阿昔洛韦+丹参注射液,对照组只静滴阿昔洛韦,疗程均2周,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗组痊愈率为86 .2 % ,对照组为6 7% ,χ2 =3.97,P <0 .0 5 ,明显优于对照组。结论:阿昔洛韦联合丹参治疗扁平疣疗效好,安全可靠。

Objective:In order to observe the clinical effect of acyclovir and dan-shen root in the treatment of patient with verruca plana juvenilis. Methods 36 patients with verruca plana juvenilis were instiled with acyclovir and dan-shen (therapeutic group),and 36 patients with verruca plana juvenilis were instiled with acyclovir only (control group),all for two weeks. Results The recovery rate of therapeutic group(86.2%) was higher than the recovery rate of control group(67%). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups, χ 2 =3.97,P<0.05. Conclusions:Instilling acyclovir and dan-shen root is a effective method in the treatment of patient with verruca plana juvenilis.
