输尿管镜治疗双侧输尿管结石梗阻并肾功能衰竭(附21例报告)

Ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal failure caused by bilateral urinary tract stones obstruction(report of 21 cases)

目的:探讨双侧输尿管结石所致肾功能衰竭的治疗方法。方法:对2 1例双侧输尿管结石所致肾功能衰竭的患者,采用急诊输尿管镜取石术或输尿管镜直视下将结石推回肾盂再择期体外震波碎石并置双-J管引流等方法。结果:16例患者血生化检验指标恢复至正常范围,3例仍有轻度氮质血症,但临床症状消失,仅有2例尿毒症仍无法纠正。结论:急诊输尿管镜取石术是目前治疗双侧输尿管结石所致肾功能衰竭的一种安全有效的方法。

Objective:To evaluate the treatment value of ureteroscopy in bilateral urinary tract stones obstruction with renal failure. Methods 21 cases were received emergency treatment by extracting stones under ureteroscopy , or by pushing back the stones into the renal pelvis. A double-J cather was left in all patients after ureteroscopy. Results Normal renal function has been regained in 16 cases, azote mia without clinical symptom were seen in 3 cases, and uremia remained uncured in 2 cases. Conclusion Emergency treatment by extracting stones under ureteroscopy is a safe and effective way in the treatment of renal failure caused by bilateral urinary tract stones obstruction.
