二联活菌洁阴剂对家兔实验性念珠菌性和淋病性阴道炎的疗效 被引量:1

Effectiveness of a vaginal antimicrobial containing double live microorganisms in the treatment of Candidiasis vaginitis and Gonococcus vaginitis in rabbits

摘要 目的:观察二联活菌洁阴制剂对家兔实验性念珠菌性阴道炎和淋病性阴道炎的疗效。方法:用致病菌直接注入新西兰大白兔阴道内制成相应的阴道炎模型。每种模型随机分5组:模型组(给予生理氯化钠溶液)、高、中、低三个剂量的二联活菌洁阴制剂治疗组(剂量分别为7×10~5,7×10~4,7×10~3CFU·mL^(-1))和阳性对照组(念珠菌阴道炎模型中选用14mg·kg^(-1)氟康唑做对照,淋病性阴道炎模型中选用140mg·kg^1)大观霉素做对照),每组6只,治疗7d。治疗d8取阴道拭子涂片,Gram’s染色镜检,检查阴道洁度;选择性培养基培养进行细菌学检测;分别处死大白兔,取阴道组织HE染色行病理学检查。结果:二联活菌中、高剂量组对家兔实验性念珠菌性阴道炎和淋病性阴道炎的治愈率均为83%,与氟康唑和大观霉素组相近(100%)。与模型组比较,二联活菌中、高剂量组和阳性对照组均可明显抑制念珠菌和淋球菌的生长;与阳性对照组比较,二联活菌中、高剂量组还显著增加阴道益生菌(厌氧菌)。结论:二联活菌制剂对家兔实验性念珠菌性和淋病性阴道炎有确切的疗效,而且可重建阴道内正常菌群微环境。 Objective:To assess effects of a vaginal antimicrobial containing double live microorganisms in the treatment of Candidiasis vaginitis and Gonococcus vaginitis in rabbits. Methods: Following the establishment of a vaginitis model of the New Zealand rabbits,the rabbits were randomized to feed one of 6 dietary groups (n=6 each group) for 7 days: model group (normal diet),3 treatment groups supplemented with the vaginal antimicrobial (7×10~5,7×10~4, 7×10~3 CFU·mL^(-1)), 2 control groups (fluconazole of 14mg·kg^(-1) for Candidiasis vaginitis and of actinospectacin 140mg·kg^(-1) for Gonococcus vaginitis). The vaginal discharges were examined by the smear technique and the Gram's dye under microscopy. The examinations of the pathogenic organisms are conducted in selective and MRS mediums. Once the rabbits were sacrificed under anesthesia, the vaginal tissues were removed and stained with HE dye for histopathological evaluation. Results:The medium and high dose (7×10~4 and 7×10~5CFU·mL^(-1)) of the vaginal antimicrobial showed the same effectiveness as fluconazole and actinospectacin, yielding overall effective rate of eighty-three percent. Compared to the model group, both the medium and high dose of the vaginal antimicrobial inhibited markedly growth of Candida and Gonococci, and comparcd to the positive control group, the medium and high dose groups increased vaginal anaerobia notably. Conclusion: The vaginal antimicrobial containing double live microorganisms has certain curative effect to experimental Candidiasis vaginitis and Gonococcus vaginitis in rabbits, and also rebuilds the healthy vaginal microenvironment.
