癌症康复期的性格

The character of convalescent cancer patients

本文采用ＢＡＬＴＲＵＳＣＨ等设计的行为特征量表，调查癌症治疗中患者１８５例、癌症治疗后康复期患者８６例（存活期＞半年），与健康人１４６名分组比较。结果表明：癌症治疗组确是处于焦虑、抑郁、理智及情绪控制的欠佳状态。而参加集体活动等的癌症康复期理智及乐观与治疗组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明康复期乐观的心态、稳定的情绪、良好的人际关系和社会交往，可巩固临床抗癌的效果，是临床治疗的继续。癌患者性格特征调查量表的设计，尚待进一步的完善和拓创，但对癌患者不同时期的心理、性格及行为的了解，对定向的心理诱导和帮助是有利的。

cases of cancer patient undergoing treatment(group Ⅰ),86 cases of convalescent cancer patient(group Ⅱ)and 146 normal persons as control(group Ⅲ)had been investigated and compared statistically by the method of Baltrusch's Behavioral Character Survey.The results sliowed that group Ⅰ.as compared with control group ,complied with'C' type character,and there was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ.both appeared far from the 'C'type character. So ,this survey revealed that group Ⅰ patients was under anxiety,depression and poor control of ration and emotion,but the group Ⅱ,while attending social activities regularly ,was quite reasonable and optinustic(p<0.01).These results indicare that optimism, emotional stability,Self-adaptation and good social relationship of the patients could consolidate the anti-cancer effect.
