舌痛症患者的性格特征及恐癌心理分析

Psychic analysis of glossodynia personality characteristics and cancerphobia

本文采用龚氏修订的艾森克个性问卷（８５项）及自制的恐癌心理问卷，对２４例检查无器质性病变的舌痛症者进行测试，发现有外向、力求完美、情绪不够稳定、处世平和、不走极端的性格特征和普遍的恐癌心理，两者并有不良的相互影响及交互作用。药物治疗组和安慰剂组间疗效无显著差别。而是否用心理治疗则有显著差异。

cases with glossodynia without organic disease were underwent psychological test by Gong's modified Eysenck Personality Questionnaire's(85 items )and selfmade questionnaire.Personality characteristics of extroversion,seeking perfect,emotion unsteady,treating living affairs peacefully and never going to extremes were discovered,and commonly with cancerphobia.Harmful affection and mutual effects were exist.There was significant difference between whether undergoing psychotherapy or not whereas no significant difference between drug treatment group and placebo group.
