摘要
随着信息时代的到来,企业越来越多地利用电子沟通方式,而传统沟通方式———面对面的沟通,在某种程度上被人们所忽视。文章从知识的视角对电子沟通方式与传统面对面沟通方式的有效性进行了对比研究,试图明确现代沟通的知识本质。研究发现,在不同的任务类型下,两种沟通方式的有效性是不一样的,企业必须在考虑沟通效果的同时兼顾沟通效率,选择适宜的组织沟通方式,为企业的发展赢得核心竞争力。
<Abstrcat> With the arrival of the information age, enterprises are increasingly using computer-mediated communication ways in their routine business and the traditional ways of communication, mostly face to face communication, are to some extent overlooked. This paper studies the effectivity of computer-mediated communication and traditional face-to face communication based on knowledge, with the purpose of gaining an insight into the knowledge nature of modern communication. The study shows that the effectivity of the two communication ways varies with the task types. Enterprises must take both communication effect and communication effectivity into account, on which to base their choice of appropriate communication way. Thus they could generate the core competing competence for the enterprises.
