翻卷水舌鼻坎挑流的紊流数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 将斜鼻坎与外边墙平面转弯相结合可使挑射水舌在空中横向翻卷,扩散更为显著,同时,水舌中心线与溢洪道中心线形成较大的偏角,文中将此种鼻坎称为翻卷水舌挑流鼻坎.通过翻卷水舌挑流鼻坎的水流属于带有复杂自由表面的紊流流动,本文采用VOF法和七k-ε紊流模型进行模拟,获得了详细的三维水流结构,计算与实测的水面线吻合良好,表明将紊流数学模型用于溢洪道翻卷水舌的数值模拟是合理可行的. A bevel flip bucket combined with curved outer sidewall can make the nappe turnover transversely with more significant diffusion which is called ' turnover flip bucket' herein. The nappe out of a turnover flip bucket has stronger diffusion and bigger angle between the nappe central line and the spillway central line. The flow through the turnover flip bucket is a strong turbulence with complicated free surface, for which the detailed flow structure is obtained with the simulation made with VOF method and κ-ε model, and that both the calculated and the measured water surface lines are in good agreement, which shows that the turbulence mathematical model is suitable to simulate the complicated flow through a turnover flip bucket.
