摘要
提出一种新的控制器设计方法.该方法利用相平面上控制曲面与电容板极间的场强在变化上的相似性,以构造电容板极间场强的方式来设计控制器,通过调节板极电压和场强的构造系数,可达到调节控制器的目的.该控制器具有物理意义清晰,可灵活调节控制强度等优点.
A new design method of controller is presented and analyzed. Considering the similarities between the surface of a controller output and the field intension of capacitor, the controller can be tuned in the same way of changing the voltage on the plate and the curvature of the field. The new design method has some advantages such as straightforward tuning meaning, flexible control gain, etc. Further more, conventional PID can be regard as a special case of this method.
