摘要
基于知识库的交互式CAPP系统采用框架+规则知识表示法,增加了加工内容和相关知识。用规则消解工艺冲突,用框架知识描述零件特征、几何尺寸和工艺信息等。并以阶梯轴零件框架为例,用交互式知识搜索合适的加工方法,通过工艺员添加、删除、移动等操作,CAPP系统进行规则推理,自动生成工艺路线。
The knowledge representation of frame and rule was used in interactive CAPP system based on knowledge base, machining content and correlative knowledge was added. The process conflict is eliminated by the rule to implement the causal process. The character, geometry size and process information etc of parts are described by frame knowledge. Taking frame of shaft part of ladder as an example, the machining method was searched by interactive knowledge. The rule-illation was made by CAPP system after the operations added, deleted, moved by process designer, and the process route was created automatically.
