摘要
针对浮选过程的被控对象复杂、数学模型不确定以及控制要求高等特点,提出一种用于阳离子浮选过程的多变量统计过程控制药剂流量方法,使系统具备一定的自学习和自组织的能力。仿真研究和现场运行试验表明,提出的控制方法能够满足浮选过程控制的要求。
Aimed at the characteriatics of controled object such as complexity,mathematical model uncertainly and high requirement of control quality on flotation process,a method of multivariate statistical process control was proposed,which maintained the control system to have an ability of self-learning and self-organization.Simulations and experiments indicate that the proposed control method can satisfy the requirement of floatation process control.
