摘要
本文报道因术后残余室间隔缺损而再次手术治疗２６例（２７次），其中单纯室间隔缺损１９例（２０次），法乐氏四联症６例，主动脉窦瘤合并室间隔缺损１例。手术死亡７例。本文对残余室间隔缺损的原因、手术时机的选择以及其预防措施进行了讨论。
Twenty-six patients (27 operations) underwent reoperation after corrective surgery of isolated ventricular septal defect (VSD), tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm (RASV) due to residual interventricular shunts including VSD 19 cases(20 operations); TOF 6 cases; 3 RASV 1 case. 7 patients died in the hospital after the second operation. The cause of residual interventricular shunt, measures for prevention, and proper time for reoperation were discussed.
