摘要
用新疆山羊ＢＴＶ细胞接种健康山羊和绵羊，表现体温升高；白细胞和外周血中的Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞持续下降；淋巴结、脾、舌、颊、肺动脉及胎儿的相应器官不同程度出血和淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润．以及红细胞和各靶器官有明显ＢＴＶ抗原存在．结果表明，该病起引起的特异性变化，与我国云南、四川、湖北ＢＴＶ有一定差异，而且绵羊的致病性高于山羊．同时表明，ＢＴＶ可以通过母体胎盘引起胎儿靶器官的病理损伤，提示了ＢＴＶ感染与流产的关系，在国内山、羊蓝舌病病理形态学的研究尚无报道．
Abstract In the test,we used Xinjiang caprine BTV virus to inoculate the healthy caprine and ovine.The inoculated animals had high body-temperature,decreasesin the numbers of WBC and lymphocyte T and B of perpheral blood,hemorrhage of different level in the lymphonode,spleen,cheek,tongue.lung arteria and related organs of fetus, infiltration of lymphocyte and MP cells and the appearance of BTV antigensaround RBC and target organs.The specific pathogenic effects were different from that caused by Yunnan,Sichuan and Hubei strains.The pathogenicity was grester in ovine than that in caprine.It shaoed that BTV could pass the placenta and cause the pathogenic demages in fetal forget organ,revealed the relationship between abortion and the BTV infection.
