摘要
建立了５株分泌抗ＥＤＳ－７６病毒的单克隆抗体细胞株，分别是和，各株分泌抗体的能力均稳定，且都是抗ＥＤＳ－７６病毒的特异性抗体，不与其它多种禽病毒发生交叉反应，其中分泌的抗体正ＩｇＧ２ａ，分泌的抗体是ＩｅＧｌ．这５株细胞株所分泌的抗体都有较强的中和活性．
Abstract Immunized the Balb/c mice with EDS-76 antisen, and fused the spleen cells with SP2/0cells. Detected the cell cultures using md irect EL ISA .and cloned the antibody-positive cells by Iimitins dilution. Five hybridoma cell strains which producing monoclonal antibodies to EDS-76virus had been established. These strains were named as CI',Clf,C:f,EI' and FI'. Their ability of producing antibodies was very stable, and the titers of antibodies in medium of the cultures were about 5000 to 15000 in ELISA from passages 10 to 30. And the antibodies producing by the fivestrains were specific for EDS--76 virus,didn't react with the other avain viruses tested,such asAdV,AEIV,IBDV,AEV,FPV,AV and M DV. The antibodies produced by the five strains possessed neutralization activity to the EDS-76 virus.
