Struts is a Web application framework of MVC. It shows the detail about the working principles of Struts based on MVC framework, discuses the step and method of building enterprise information system by Struts framework, proposes design and implement of Scientific Researches Resource Planning System (SRRPS). The results show that Struts framework can improve the extensibility, reusability and maintainability of the management system.
