摘要
通过鸭胚传代、病毒中各试验、ＨＩ交叉试验、理化特性测定、血凝谱试验、琼脂免疫扩散试验、电镜观察证实．我们所分离的病原为减蛋综合症病毒（暂定为ＥＤＳＶ－Ｒ９３１），该病毒的鸭胚毒价为１０（１４．４４）ＥＩｄ（５０）／０．１ｍｌ。
One strain of EDS_(76)virus (R_(931)) was isolated from oviducts of EDS_(76)-diseased chicken and inoculated duck embryos. It was idelltified as EDS_(76) virus with hemagglutination test (HA). crosshemagglutination inhibition test (Hl),virus neutrolization (VN). physical-chemical properties,hemagglutinating properties,agar immunodiffusson reaction and electron microscope (EM ).
