水牛抗小鹅瘟高免血清的研制和应用

摘要 用小鹅瘟病毒浓缩乳化抗原,皮内多点注射分3次免疫水牛,可获得琼扩抗体为1:6~1:64的抗小鹅瘟高免血清。此血清具有良好的预防效果和较高的疗效,在疫区注射1~5日龄雏鹅预防小鹅瘟,可提高雏鹅成活率36.4%;治疗发病雏鹅,治愈率达88.7%。乳化抗原以首免剂量1.5ml/只,二免2.5ml/只为佳,三免剂量应根据二免后血清琼扩抗体效价高低而定,抗体高加倍剂量大,低则加倍剂量小。同时测得水牛三免后13~16天血清琼扩抗体开始站达高峰,血清抗体达高峰后,至少可以持续16天以上。 By immunizing buffalo three times in the way of multi-skin-popping with the GPV enriched emulsive antigen,the GPVS can be obtained and its AGL antibodies may reach 1:16to 1: 64. The serum has a good preventive result and a high curative effect in actual prevention and treatment. In immunea rea,to prevent GP,we injected it into nestling geese at 1-5 days,and the survival rate of those who received the injection was 36. 4% higher than that of those who didn't. When treat the sick nestling geese,the cure rate reached 88. 7%.Preliminary study was made on the immune results with different dosages of emulsive antigen. The first dosage was 1. 5ml,the second was 2. 5. The third depended on the valences of AGL antibodies after the second dosage. This dosage must be largely increased if the valence was high; if it was low ,the third dosage must be slightly increased. AGL antibodies reached their heights in 13- 16days after giving the buffalo three immune dosages ,and when reached the heights ,they might last at least 16 days.
